Night Light
What are you looking for?" "My keys" "Where did you lose them?" "In the alley"
"Why are you out here looking for them under the street light"
"
'Because that's where the light is.

Try this puppy out. It's so intense that cars will flash you to turn your brights down. - Glen V.

Byzantine setup - That's the first thing one will say when putting Night Rider's Digital Evolution 2003 15 watt light on the bike for the first time because 1. There are mucho cables, straps and connects that requires RTFM (Reading The F****** Manual) before the system can be mounted on the machine and
2. A document reread is in order to learn how the 10 mode readout and the remote button work before running the light itself.

Terrific Light - Once the system is set up and the controls fully understood, the light definitely rocks. On the 6 watt setting, the .5 Ah Nickel-Metal Hydride Smart battery pack lasts 3 1/2 hrs plus just as Night Rider says in the documentation. Ditto for 10 and 15 watt duration levels as well. Recharging the battery pack is a snap and only takes an hour to do the deed. Another bennie centers on just how well the reflector evenly distributes the light to allow easy avoidance of skunks, potholes and any other nasty that may be encountered during a trip on the dark side.

Other features includes Night Riders's Bulb SoftStart™ technology that prolongs bulb life and the CamLok™ quick release mount to enable the light to be moved to another bike with a minimum of effort. To paraphrase Glenn, it's a light that's worth the dough.
